Our Approach
We offer a holistic approach to our counselling sessions, incorporating traditional counselling talk therapy using a range of different techniques such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and Meditation and Expressive Therapies.
